Installing the Evotech Side Stand Extension / Riser Plate will increase the OE side stand’s footprint, height and reduce the park angle of the BMW R 1300 GS Adventure. Such an addition has many noticeable benefits: increased stability on a range of terrains, larger side stand surface area, and a rise of 12mm, reducing the lean angle by 3-4 degrees. Evotech’s lower plate is produced from billet aluminium with a corrosion-resistant powder-coating. The foot of the OE BMW kick stand is secured in place with a precision-shaped stainless steel top plate, following the online video.
