Return & Store Credit Policy – Pathpavers
Welcome to Pathpavers
We strive to ensure every customer receives genuine, high-quality motorcycle gear, accessories, and riding equipment. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Window
Returns are accepted only within 14 days from the date of purchase/delivery.
Any return request raised after 14 days shall not be accepted under any circumstances unless specifically approved by Pathpavers management in writing.
2. Refund Method
No cash refunds or bank refunds will be provided.
Approved returns will be processed strictly in the form of Pathpavers Store Credit.
Store Credit can be used for future purchases on:
www.pathpavers.com
Pathpavers retail stores
Store Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Eligibility for Returns
Products will only be eligible for return if:
Item is unused, unworn, and uninstalled
Original tags, labels, manuals, and packaging are intact
Product is returned in resalable condition
Original invoice/order confirmation is provided
Return request is approved by Pathpavers after inspection
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect:
Helmets with removed protective films/tags
Riding gear that has been used on-road/off-road
Electrical & electronic accessories
Installed performance parts
Custom orders or special imports
Clearance sale / discounted products
Consumables including oils, lubricants, cleaners, and chemicals
Inner wear, balaclavas, socks, or hygiene-related products
5. Exchange & Size Issues
Customers are advised to carefully verify sizing before purchase.
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Shipping charges for exchange requests may be borne by the customer unless the error is from Pathpavers.
6. Damaged / Incorrect Products
If you receive:
A damaged item
A manufacturing defect
An incorrect product
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Photos/videos of the issue
Unboxing proof (recommended)
After verification, Pathpavers may offer:
Replacement
Repair
Store Credit
Brand warranty assistance
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for safely shipping approved return items back to Pathpavers unless otherwise agreed.
Pathpavers is not responsible for damage during return transit.
8. Inspection & Approval
All returned products undergo quality inspection.
Pathpavers reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
9. Store Credit Validity
Store Credit issued against approved returns shall remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders once processed/shipped may not be cancelled.
Cancellation approvals before dispatch are solely at the discretion of Pathpavers.
11. Brand Warranty
Many products sold by Pathpavers are covered directly under manufacturer warranty policies.
Warranty claims will follow the respective brand’s service and approval process.
12. Rights Reserved
Pathpavers reserves the right to:
Refuse suspicious or abusive return requests
Modify this policy without prior notice
Make final decisions on all return-related disputes
