Order Cancellation Policy – Pathpavers

We work hard to process orders quickly and efficiently for riders across India. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer


Before Dispatch


Orders may be requested for cancellation only before they are processed or dispatched from our warehouse/store.


Cancellation requests are subject to approval by Pathpavers.



After Dispatch


Once an order has been dispatched, shipped, or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Against Cancelled Orders


Prepaid Orders


Approved cancellations for prepaid orders may be processed in the form of:


Original payment reversal, OR


Store Credit, at the sole discretion of Pathpavers unless otherwise committed earlier.




COD Orders


COD orders that are repeatedly cancelled or refused at delivery may lead to restriction or suspension of COD access for future purchases.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders


The following orders are generally non-cancellable:


Special order/import items


Custom-built or made-to-order products


Products specifically procured on customer request


Clearance or final sale items


Installed or workshop-fitment orders once processing has started

4. Cancellation Charges


Pathpavers reserves the right to apply reasonable cancellation or payment gateway charges in cases including but not limited to:


Special procurement


Bulk orders


International sourcing


Customer-requested order modifications


High-value transactions

5. Order Modification Requests


Customers may request:


Address changes


Product changes


Size changes



only before dispatch and subject to:


Stock availability


Operational feasibility


Approval by Pathpavers team

6. Failed Deliveries & Refused Orders


If a customer:


Refuses delivery,


Is unavailable repeatedly,


Provides incorrect address/contact details,



Pathpavers reserves the right to:


Deduct shipping/logistics charges,


Deny future COD orders,


Issue only partial store credit where applicable.

7. Cancellation by Pathpavers


Pathpavers reserves the right to cancel any order due to:


Stock unavailability


Pricing or listing errors


Fraud suspicion


Payment verification failure


Logistics restrictions


Brand restrictions or import issues



In such cases, customers will be informed and appropriate resolution/store credit/refund assistance will be provided.

8. Processing Timeline


Approved cancellation requests are typically processed within:


5–10 working days for payment reversals (if applicable)


24–72 hours for Store Credit issuance



Actual timelines may vary depending on banks/payment gateways.

Pathpavers reserves the right to:


Refuse abusive cancellation requests


Restrict repeat offenders


Modify this policy without prior notice


Make the final decision on all cancellation disputes
